    Whistleblowing.

    Every employee, contractor or business partner of Zwyrtek Group can report a breach of law or internal procedures in a safe, confidential manner and without fear of consequences. We act in accordance with EU Directive 2019/1937 and the Polish Whistleblower Protection Act.

    Who can report?

    Employees, former employees, interns, contractors, business partners and any other person connected with Zwyrtek Group who has obtained information about a breach in a work-related context.

    What can be reported?

    Breaches of EU and Polish law, including: corruption, financial irregularities, GDPR breaches, mobbing, discrimination, environmental law breaches, and labour law breaches.

    Protection guarantees

    The reporting person is protected against retaliation. The whistleblower's identity is protected. Anonymous reports are possible and fully accepted.

    How can a report be made?

    Internal channel — preferred

    Electronic form

    The fastest way to submit a report. The report is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored in Zwyrtek Group's protected register, to which only the designated internal reporting coordinator has access. Anonymous reporting is possible.

    Frequently asked questions.

    Yes. The electronic form allows you to submit a report without providing personal data. However, we encourage you to provide contact details, as this enables dialogue and a more efficient clarification of the matter.

    Only the designated whistleblowing coordinator at Zwyrtek Group. The whistleblower's data is not disclosed without their explicit consent, except where required by law.

    Acknowledgement of receipt of the report is provided within 7 working days. Feedback on the actions taken is provided within 3 months.

    Legal protection is available to persons who had reasonable grounds to believe that the information was true. Deliberately false reports are not protected by law.

    In the case of internal breaches at Zwyrtek Group, it is possible to make an external report to the relevant public authority or to the Commissioner for Human Rights (Rzecznik Praw Obywatelskich), in accordance with the Polish Whistleblower Protection Act.

    This whistleblowing mechanism operates on the basis of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law, and of the Polish Act of 14 June 2024 on the Protection of Whistleblowers (ustawa o ochronie sygnalistów) (Journal of Laws 2024, item 928).
