General Terms and Conditions

The GTC apply to services provided by entities operating under the Zwyrtek Group brand, including advisory, legal, tax, financial, accounting, HR and payroll, technology, implementation, outsourcing, training, interim and fractional services.

The GTC form an integral part of an Agreement, accepted offer, Order or other arrangement with the Client, unless the Parties expressly agree otherwise.

The current version of the GTC, v 4.0, is effective from 1 November 2026.
