Zwyrtek Group is a group of advisory and outsourcing companies bringing together tax, legal, financial, accounting, technology and operational competencies.
We support owners, management boards and leadership teams in decisions that require a 360° perspective: from strategy and tax, through law, M&A, accounting and HR, to technology, processes and implementation.
Our advantage lies in combining advisory work with operational practice. The founders and partners of Zwyrtek Group have been building experience in advisory, outsourcing, business and local-government organisations since 2003. Some of us have held, or still hold, C-level roles, so we understand not only recommendations, but also the accountability for a decision and its implementation.
We work end-to-end: we diagnose the problem, design the solution, support the decision, help with implementation, and in selected areas we can also take over a process or provide ongoing interim, fractional or outsourced support.
On cross-border projects we draw on relationships with advisory and outsourcing partners in Europe and the United States, allowing us to support clients even when a matter extends beyond a single jurisdiction.
