Keeping the revenue and expense ledger or statutory books, VAT and CIT/PIT settlements, JPK_VAT (Standard Audit File for Tax), fixed asset registers, year-end closing, intra-Community transaction settlements, and access to SaldeoSMART and Comarch ERP Optima. We agree the scope individually with each client.
The basic price list starts at PLN 200 net per month for the revenue and expense ledger, PLN 800 net for statutory books and PLN 600 net for a family foundation. The final price depends on the number of documents, legal form, foreign transactions and scope of service. The full price list is available at /en/accounting-hr-payroll/.
Yes. HR and payroll can be run independently of accounting. Rates start at PLN 30 net per person per month (contribution-exempt agreements) and PLN 50–75 for employment contracts. We also confidentially handle remuneration for management boards and owners.
Yes. Accounting outsourcing can be supplemented with tax, legal, transactional, financial or business advisory under a separate agreement or an individually agreed scope of work. A shared team means shorter communication and consistent decisions.
We begin the handover by analysing the current documentation, opening the books in Comarch ERP Optima and agreeing the document workflow. For companies changing accounting firms we offer a 10% discount for the first 3 months of cooperation.
We keep statutory books, the revenue and expense ledger, and HR and payroll records in Comarch ERP Optima. Electronic document workflow and client communication run through SaldeoSMART. Integration with the client's systems is possible.
